We have created this page to cover some changes we've made to the ordering process and shipping rates.
First, if you are ordering from the US...nothing has changed, aside from the "Products" tab, which will lead you to the goods.
US shipments will still have options; $4 USPS First Class, $8 USPS Priority, and Free USPS Priority for orders over $100.
For our customers in Europe we encourage you to visit Cloud9Vaping, as they are now carrying our full line of 306DCAs and can offer better shipping rates than we can for folks overseas.
For customers in Asian countries, we encourage you to contact Vape Boyz via their Facebook page. They are located in Manila, Philippines and can accommodate your GSV needs.
New International Shipping Rates:
Due to many recent lost shipments from USPS, we will no longer be shipping international packages using the standard USPS "First Class International" shipping. We have had much better success using USPS "Priority International". This will obviously raise our shipping rates, but this is in an effort to make sure your package(s) actually get there. Shipping via UPS, FedEX, DHL or the like is wildly too expensive for our small packages. Please see below for our rates on USPS Priority International Shipping:
Canada & Mexico = $15 Flat Rate
All Other Countries = $18 Flat Rate
Though we are working to decrease our processing time, all current orders will typically ship within 2 to 3 days from time of order. We are a small operation...not only are we manufacturing just about everything we sell, but we also run the site, manage all orders, and are constantly working on new ideas/prototypes. In the coming months we are looking to acquire a second shop that will solely cater to GSV work. This will dramatically increase our production rates and help in decreasing our order processing time. We appreciate your patience and support :)
If you have a special request for your order, please add that to the comment section on the order. This will physically print on the order form, therefore reducing the chances of us forgetting about said special request. If you miss the comment section and have a request pertaining to your order, please send me an email at email@example.com with your order # and request. Please trust that we will make every effort to accommodate your special request.
"Notify Me" Feature:
If any of our items are out of stock, there will be a "Notify Me" button, which will allow you to enter an email address, to be notified when the items are restocked on the site. After a few months of using this app we have discovered a few of its down-falls and would like to share. First, if there are 100 pending notifications for a specific item out of stock, and we add 30 of those items to inventory, the system will fire off emails to all 100 people who have requested the notification. Please know that by clicking the "Notify Me" button you are not physically securing your place in line for the product, you will simply receive an email when the items are restocked. If you receive a notification email, only to find the product out of stock, it's likely the product sold out quickly after being restocked. We're doing our best not only to improve this system, but to also increase our production rates.
